What commission does StayGentic charge?
Twelve percent — one flat rate whether you’re direct-only or also listed on Airbnb and Booking.com. No annual fee, no subscription, no tie-in.
Do I need to leave my current agency to talk to you?
No. We'll look at where your property is now and have a no-obligation conversation — there's no pressure to switch on the spot.
Can I keep my own cleaner and maintenance team?
Yes. Full property management is available if you want it, but it’s optional — you can keep your existing team and just use StayGentic for booking, discovery and guest support.
How many properties does StayGentic manage?
