What commission do you charge?
12% on every booking we bring. Professional photography is included, and there’s no joining fee, no annual fee and no minimum term.
I’m already on Airbnb. Do I have to come off it?
No. Keep your listing. We sell your empty nights direct, working around your booked dates, and sync the calendars so nothing gets double booked. If you’d rather we ran it all, we can list you on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo as well.
Do I have to leave my current agency to talk to you?
No. We’ll look at where your property is now and have a no-obligation conversation. There’s no pressure to switch on the spot.
What happens to bookings I already have?
We honour every one of them and start selling the nights that are still free.
Can I keep my own cleaner?
Yes. Full management is there if you want it, but you can keep your own team and use StayGentic for marketing, bookings and guest support.
Can I still block dates for my own use?
Yes. Block any dates you want for yourself, family or friends.
When do I get paid?
Within 7 days of each guest checking out, with a statement in your owner portal.
Who takes the photos?
We do. We work with a professional photographer, and the shoot is included in the 12%.
How quickly can I go live?
Usually within 7 days of saying yes.
Am I tied in?
No. There’s no minimum term. If you ever want to leave, just give us 3 months’ notice.
How many properties do you look after?
Five are live now, and we’re adding more carefully. We’d rather look after a few homes really well.
Is there a minimum standard?
We focus on homes of a four-star standard and above, with strong presentation and guest appeal.
