Who you’ll get
“I’ve seen a lot of holiday lets. The ones that earn well aren’t always the prettiest. They’re the ones set up properly.”

I’m Evan. I’ve spent around twenty years in tourism and holiday lets, nearly a decade of it leading new business at a national holiday-let agency, bringing owners on board and getting their properties earning.

Now I run StayGentic from Carmarthenshire. When I review your property, you get the same advice I’d give a friend, not a script.

  2. Visit

I come to you, or we do it by video if you’re further afield.

  4. Talk it through

A follow-up call to answer your questions and agree next steps.

Fair questions

Before you book.

Is this a property valuation?

No. It’s an expert view on letting income and how to improve it, not a RICS valuation, a mortgage valuation or financial advice. For buying decisions, use it alongside a surveyor and your own financial adviser.

Do I have to list with StayGentic afterwards?

Not at all. Plenty of owners will take the plan and run with it themselves or with their current agency. If you do list with us within 3 months, the fee comes off your first year’s commission.

I’m with another agency. Can I still book?

Yes. An independent second opinion is often the most useful thing you can get when bookings are down.

Where do you cover?

In person across Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion. Anywhere else in the UK by video call.

How accurate are the income figures?

They’re a realistic range based on what similar properties nearby actually take, and what I’ve learned in around twenty years in tourism and holiday lets. No one can guarantee bookings, and I won’t pretend to.
